2nd pick: #6 (Summer Front) (5-2) - He always brings his best annd his record on the grass (12-7-1-3) speaks for itself. A stakes winner five times and last out at Hollywood Park he missed by a "nose" in the (G2) "Citation." Son of "War Front" has won here in the past and is a strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Hierro) (6-1) - Son of "Hard Spun" gives away a lot of turf experience to the top two selections, but he looked very sharp when defeating weaker here going a mile on this course on Dec. 8. Five-year-old has worked fine since and his ability to stay close up is a plus.
4th pick: #2 (Howe Great) (8-1) - Team Valor runner was a bit sub-par in his seasonal finale at Aqu. on Nov. 16 and has been given a brief vacation by his connections. He's 3-for-4 on this surface and runs today at his favorite trip )6-3-1-2). Dangerous with his best.
