She's worked six times since Feb. 15 at Palm Beach Downs, the latest a five-furlong bullet March 21, draws a fine outside post here, and John Velazquez stays aboard.
2nd pick: #4 (Viva Forever) (6-1) - Veteran has finished 2nd in two straight and did so here going seven furlongs Jan. 24. An 11-time winner, this is her favorite distance (9-5-2-1), and she's a threat at a square price.
3rd pick: #5 (Slingin Sammy B) (9-2) - Freshened up since an even effort sprinting here Jan. 20, that was her first off a Saffie Joseph, Jr. claim. He's had an outstanding meet (38 of 144, 26%), and this speedy 4yo is a threat to take this field from gate-to-wire.
4th pick: #6 (Believe Indeed) (8-1) - Old-timer goes to the post for the 47th time today. Most all of her success has been on the grass, and I believe a minor award at a square price is her ceiling.
