Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #1 (SLAM DUNK) (3-1) - Lightly raced daughter of 'Into Mischief' has been idle since breaking her maiden by 5.5 lengths going a mile Nov. 7 at Churchill Downs. She had finished 3rd in the G1 Frizette Stakes in her prior start at Belmont and has been in steady training at the Palm Meadows Center for her return. Promising sort can win this if ready.
2nd pick: #3 (Graceful Princess) (5-2) - Daughter of 'Tapit' is out of champion mare 'Havre de Grace,' but like many well-bred runners, she hasn't lived up to her parentage. 4yo hasn't raced since Sept. 12, but has a fine series of works showing at Palm Meadows, and runs here off a private trainer change to Todd Pletcher. If ready, she fits and is dangerous.
3rd pick: #4 (Whispering Beauty) (4-1) - 4yo has been sharp in all five starts on the grass and is racing on dirt for the first time. She has good early speed, is nicely spotted, and has blinkers on for this attempt. Filly is a player if she takes to the new footing.
4th pick: #6 (Believe Indeed) (8-1) - Veteran mare has a fine record facing weaker on the grass, but is only one for six on the dirt. A minor award at a square price is her ceiling.
