Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #7 (GAMBIER PARC) (5-2) - This $1,250,000 daughter of 'Medaglia d'Oro' is one of three entered in this stakes by trainer Chad Brown and they all race as separate betting interests. She was an impressive maiden winner here at this distance Jan. 2 in what was her first on the grass. She's breezed five times since Jan 29 at the Palm Meadows Center and gets top billing.
2nd pick: #4 (My Gal Betty) (6-1) - She went 4-2-1-1 last year at Woodbine and won a stakes while also finishing second in a G1. Sent to Churchill for the Breeder's Cup Juvenile Fillies (G2), she had an extremely wide trip while beaten 11 lengths. Unraced since she has a fine series of works at the Payson Park Center and John Velazquez is aboard in her return.
3rd pick: #6 (Golconda) (7-2) - French import is another from the barn of Chad Brown, Filly went 4-2-2-0 in her native country and was 3-1-2-0 when facing off against males. Training both steadily and above average at the Palm Meadows Center, she's a win candidate.
4th pick: #2 (Belle Laura) (6-1) - On the sidelines since Nov. 2, she finished 2 lengths ahead of 'My Gal Betty' that day in the Breeder's Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1) at Churchill Downs. She's working fast at Palm Meadows and trainer Norm Casse is adding blinkers.
