2nd pick: #4 (Ghost is Clear) (5-2) - The probable favorite, he's won three in a row out of town. Strong finisher ships back from Sam Houston Downs where he won a $50K sprint stakes at this distance Feb. 21. Seven-year-old has maintained his sharp form almost his entire career and is an obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #9 (Black Diamond Cat) (4-1) - Old timer earned a huge figure when finishing a pace-setting second here on Feb. 25 going 7-furlongs. Eight-year-old is cutting back a furlong and is a major threat if he can avoid a possible "bounce."
4th pick: #3 (Dreaming of Neno) (5-1) - Un-raced since late October, he has plenty of speed and a fine local record 11-3-2-2. He's won off of layoffs in the past, but faces a pretty tough crew in his return. Needs his very best.
