2nd pick: #4 (Great Cross) (4-1) - Blinkers go on to filly who has finished third in all three starts at this meet. In shape, she has a closing style, and should factor again in this spot.
3rd pick: #8 (Showtime Samurai) (5-1) - Very lightly-raced filly ran evenly while finishing 5th of 8, beaten three lengths racing here for a $35K tag Jan. 23. It was her first since Nov. 29, and first on the grass. Top Canadian barn (Mark Casse) drops her slightly and brings her back in three weeks for this attempt.
4th pick: #9 (Punteada) (20-1) - Lasix is added after she tired last out after racing close up and encountering some traffic turning for home. May out-run her expected long odds.
5th pick: #10 (Hidden Intentions) (8-1) - Home-bred is making her 11th start and has only landed in the exacta in one of those. She tends to race evenly, but could grab a share with just a bit of improvement.
