Veteran is cutting back to his favorite distance after finishing third at Tampa against a tough field going around two-turns. He hasn't been worse than third in nine starts at this seven-furlong trip. The top selection.
2nd pick: #11 (Motovato) - Looks like the main speed. He was involved in a spirited pace duel last out and his third-place finish was excellent considering how it was achieved. He'll take them as far as he can.
3rd pick: #5 (Admiralty) - Cuts-back from a mile race in which he raced wide while up near the pace. He does much better making one run and in all probability that will be his strategy today.
