2nd pick: #1 (Tranquillo) (8-5) - The morning line and probable favorite, he's taking a big drop in class for this attempt. Son of 'Malibu Moon' moves from grass to dirt ad is shortening back up in distance. Colt has the best figures of those that have raced and is an obvious threat at a short price.
3rd pick: #9 (Wise Warrior) (10-1) - Price play has been sharp in both starts since coming off a nine week freshening Nov. 2. He has early speed, a good outside post, and races with blinkers on. Think he'll be involved every step.
4th pick: #2 (The Great Loudini) (12-1) - Longshot tired last out going longer on the turf. Trainer Dave Fawkes drops him down a bit, switches him back to the dirt and shortens him up. May grab a share at a big price.
