Top pick: #7 (BUSHWACKED) - Nice debut saw this son of "Posse" well-backed at the windows and rally late going 7 furlongs to finish third, beaten less than a length. He has a pair of very fast drills since and is the choice to get his maiden win.
2nd pick: #6 (Forward Harch) - Colt by "Forestry" finished a rallying third despite some trouble when debuting last fall in a sprint on the Aqueduct main-track. Freshened-up for the past two months by a good barn (Rick Violette) colt finished a strong second going 7 panels in his return here on Jan. 14. He has four solid drills since and is a win candidate today.
3rd pick: #5 (Miner's Reserve) - Zito trained son of "Mineshaft" had some traffic when debuting here on Jan. 23 and checked-in 2 1/2 lengths off the top choice. He has three fine works since and an improved effort is expected.
