Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #2 (CLOUDBASED) (5-1) - This lightly raced gelding drops following a wide and even effort going a mile at Tampa Bay Downs for a $30K tag April 11. It was his first since July 13 at Saratoga and I give him a slight edge.
2nd pick: #11 (Beach Traffic) (7-2) - Stalker draws a tough outside post for the 4th time in his last five attempts. He's been competitive at this level in his last pair and should be again in this spot.
3rd pick: #7 (Winning Factor) (3-1) - The morning line and probable favorite, he's been competitive in four of five at this meet and has finished 2nd in two of his last three. An obvious contender.
4th pick: #4 (Farm Strong) (7-2) - Stretch runner has finished close up in his last pair, and he earned a career-best figure in his latest (April 9). He'll be finishing fast, and a quick and/or contested pace would help his style out.
5th pick: #8 (Fayez) (10-1) - Longshot has finished within a reasonable range in four of his last five and is capable of getting a share in this one at a big price.
