Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #4 (BAMBALINA) (5-1) - A home bred daughter of 'Bernardini', she's training nicely at the Palm Meadows Center for her first since debuting Sept. 3 at Saratoga. Well backed that day, she tired while wide in a useful first attempt. Trainer Jimmy Jerkens (32% second time out) is adding Lasix (40%) and this filly has a big shot at a square price.
nd pick: #6 (Tail Feather) (9-2) - She raced evenly when finishing 7th of 12, beaten 3.5 lengths debuting here at this level in a 5-furlong grass sprint Feb. 3. Home bred by 'War Front' has worked twice since and trainer Jimmy Toner stretches her out to a distance she was bred to love.
rd pick: #8 (Ebullient) (3-1) - The speedy filly had a rough trip when beaten 4.5 lengths here at this level and distance Feb. 9. It was her grass debut, a goof attempt, and she must be left in the mix.
th pick: #7 (Come Storming) (15-1) - Longshot showed good speed when debuting here Dec. 27, but had serious traffic issues in her follow up Feb. 9. A clean trip can get her a share at a big price.
th pick: #9 (A Fera) (6-1) - She missed by a 'head' in a grass sprint for a $50K tag Feb. 22. Her connections bring her back quickly, move her up in class, and are stretching her out in distance.
