Top pick: #6 (NIGHT PROWLER) (5-2) - Home bred by "Giant's Causeway" has gone 4-2-0-2 to date with all of his starts coming on the grass. Strong finisher won the "Dania Beach" G3 here on Jan. 3 and has been freshened up for the past two months. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #5 (Dubai Sky) (3-1) - Dangerous colt has won three in a row, all on the grass. Colt has more early speed than "Night Prowler" and is a strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #1 (High Noon Rider) (15-1) - He was pulled up here in the Holy Bull stakes G2 racing on the dirt and moves back to the grass for this attempt. He has some early speed and breaks from the rail.
4th pick: #2 (Eh Cumpari) (6-1) - He rallied while very wide to finish 1 1/2 lengths back of "Dubai Sky" on Jan. 24. No-speed type is training nicely at Palm Meadows and would love a fast and/or contested pace to develop.
5th pick: #10 (Corinthianthebarbarian) (4-1) - Steady performer on the grass 6-2-1-2, he's another who doesn't have much positional speed. Can factor turning for home, but he'll need to avoid a wide trip from this outside post.
