Top pick: #7 (GHAREEB) (7-2) - He enters off a career best when easily defeating weaker here going a mile Jan. 19th. It was his first since Oct. 30th and first off a trainer change to George Weaver. He faces much tougher today, but it's nice to see John Velazquez stick with him.
2nd pick: #3 (Tarpy's Surprise) (4-1) - Lightly raced, he's gone 3-1-1-1 here, and is racing for the first time in almost a year. Training fast and a major threat if ready.
3rd pick: #6 (Encryption) (3-1) - Stakes placed colt hasn't raced since a good looking win at Belmont going a mile on Oct. 23rd. Working well at Palm Meadows and stalker is in the win mix.
4th pick: #2 (Top Billing) (8-5) - The probable heavy favorite, he hasn't run since finishing a rallying third a year ago here in the G2 'Fountain of Youth' stakes. Son of 'Curlin' is an obvious threat at a short price if ready with his best.
