Top pick: #5 (TAKE ADVANTAGE) (5-2) - He enters this off a pair of second place finishes here and both came facing a bit tougher. Colt has a stalking style and there's enough speed signed on to help set up a move turning for home.
2nd pick: #7 (Divine Child) (3-1) - Grey gelding raced evenly last out in the same Feb. 3 race as "Take Advantage" and was about 2 1/2 lengths back of him at the finish. race was his first since Dec. 7 and trainer Mike Maker drops him into a nice spot.
3rd pick: #3 (Rough'n Royal) (4-1) - He was a winner here sprinting for a $10K tag on Jan. 6 in his first start since March 12th of 2012. Speed/stalker is working fine and owner/trainer Jose Pinchin will raise him a bit in price and stretch him out in distance.
4th pick: #6 (Break Up the Game) (4-1) - Well-bred 5-year-old comes off a career best when he won here going a "flat" mile on Feb. 21 racing for a $10K tag. It was his first following a Chris Gatis claim and he brings him back quickly for this attempt. Can factor if he avoids a "bounce."
