2nd pick: #1 (Lifeline) (5-2) - Dangerous shipper from Santa Anita is from the barn of John Sadler and he drops him way down in class in his first ever on a synthetic surface. Grey gelding has gone 11-2-0-2 on the grass facing much tougher and is a very strong win candidate in this spot.
3rd pick: #3 (King Eddie) (4-1) - 'Eddie' missed by just under a length sprinting here at this level Feb. 21. Claimed that afternoon by Bill McLean, he stretches him back out to a distance that he's been successful at in the past when on the grass. Stalker fits and is capable of factoring at a big price.
