Top pick: #5 (LITTLE DALE) (6-1) - Speed/stalker has been away since late July when he ran third here against a bit weaker. Gelding has a pair of sharp three-furlong works in the past two weeks and can take this at a square price if ready.
2nd pick: #6 (My Medaglia) (5-2) - Lightly raced and well-bred, son of "Medaglia d'Oro" went 6-3-1-0 here last year, and closed out the local season in early Dec. in career best shape. Working fine, he has dangerous early speed, and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #1 (Half Lucky) (4-1) - Consistent sort, he has fine speed and draws the rail for his first since Dec. 5th. He was two back of "Medaglia" that afternoon and will be a much bigger price than that rival.
4th pick: #3 (Zeddemore) (5-1) - Gelding by "Ghostzapper" went 9-3-2-1 racing here in 2013 and fits at this level. Unraced since Dec. 4th, he faces a pretty tough field in his return. May need one.
