Top pick: #7 (HELIMARK) - He's had serious traffic issues in both outings and will drop down a bit in price. Colt by "Betrando" is in the "sizzling" barn of Craig Lewis (7-for-14 at this meet) and today this runner meets a very weak field. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #1 (Jeffrey's Pride) - Obvious contender missed by a nose at the price going 6 furlongs just eight days ago. Barn brings him back quickly, he draws the rail, and that last effort (his first on real dirt) was his best yet. Contends again this afternoon.
3rd pick: #6 (Warren's Marshall) - Firster from the large operation of Benjamin Warren has a very steady work tab stretching back to mid-June. Colt meets a weak field, Pedroza is aboard, and grey son of "Stormed" need not be much to impact against this crew.
