It was her first start since tiring in the Breeder's Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1) Nov. 2 at Churchill Downs. Speedy sort breaks just off the rail and will be tough in this spot.
2nd pick: #8 (Liora) (5-1) - Blinkers go on $175K daughter of 'Candy Ride' who finished second, 4.5 lengths in back of 'Serengheti Empress' here Feb. 16. She's worked fast since, has a stalking style, and should be competitive.
3rd pick: #6 (Eres True) (6-1) - Very wide last out, she rallied to finish third, behind both 'Serengheti Empress' and 'Liora'. She's shown steady improvement in every start and hails from the barn of Steve Asmussen. A fast/and or contested pace would help her late running style.
4th pick: #4 (Sweet Diane) (10-1) - Longshot missed by a 'neck' in a mile stakes Dec. 8 at Gulfstream, then tired while wide to finish third in a $100K stakes at Tampa Bay Downs Feb. 9. She's worked three times since and her stalking style can land her a share at a big price.
