Top pick: #7 (SHARED PROPERTY) - Strong stretch runner had a very wide trip and raced evenly here in the Risen Star (G2), a contest in which he had a tough outside post. Working very fast for this and trainer Tom Amoss adds blinkers for the first time. Gelding can take this at a nice price.
2nd pick: #1a (Mark Valeski) - Lightly-raced colt has yet to run a bad race and last out this son of "Proud Citizen" missed by a nose in the Risen Star (G2) Feb. 25. Training nicely for this, he's part on a Larry Jones trained entry with No. 1 "Mr. Bowling".
3rd pick: #3 (Windsurfer) - Improving colt by "Speightstown" was an impressive maiden winner at Gulfstream on Feb. 18. Pletcher trained 3-year-old has four solid drills at Palm Meadows since that score and John Velazquez is in for the mount.
4th pick: #10 (Z Dager) - Colt from the Asmussen barn finished an even third in the Risen Star in what was an encouraging effort. Improving, working fast, and he can factor at a square price.
