Top pick: #10 (FORDISH DEVIL) (3-1) - The field's only entrant that's making his debut. Working steadily for this, 3-year-old had a near bullet half-mile breeze from the gate here on Feb 7. Home bred meets a very poor group and need not be much to win this.
2nd pick: #6 (I Have No Que) (5-1) - Long time maiden has some finishing kick and at least you know that he won't be backing up during the stretch run. He's finished fourth in his last pair and the 'figures' earned are competitive. If 'Fordish Devil' isn't a runner, this 4-year-old could win this.
3rd pick: #4 (Swamp Shaker) (6-1) - He has more early speed than most and finished second on March 12 at Delta Downs. Gelding tired here going a mile April 17 and is cutting back in distance.
4th pick: #3 (St Charles Shobiz) (8-1) - Lightly-raced 5-year-old ran evenly while finishing fourth here at this tag and trip April 9. A career best overall and he's stringing starts together following several long layoffs.
