She raced very wide and evenly when beaten 5.5-lengths sprinting in a local allowance April 21. Trainer Jerry Caldwell brings her back quickly and has her nicely spotted. Can win his from her inside post.
2nd pick: #5 (Call It Luck) (8-1) - Daughter of 'Lookin At Lucky' is facing winner and moving way up in class. She broke her maiden here for a $15K tag going a bit longer April 14 and she's in a good barn (Scott Gelner). Can factor at a square price.
3rd pick: #6 (Havinfunyet) (4-1) - Lightly-raced filly broke her maiden March 5 at the Fair Grounds in her only start on the dirt in four appearances. Stretch runner should be finishing fast and would love a fast and/or contested pace to develop.
4th pick: #7 (Southern Gold) (5-2) - Freshened up since Feb. 16, she broke her maiden going 6.5 furlongs at Delta Downs for a $20K tag that evening. She has early speed and is dangerous in this spot.
