Top pick: #12 (SULTON OF IBERIA) (4-1) - He enters off a solid second-place finish here at this tag and trip April 18th. Stalker draws a nice outside post for his style and can break his maiden with minimal improvement.
2nd pick: #11 (Rossini's Ruby) (5-1) - Lightly-raced grey gelding has more early speed than most and last out finished third, almost 2 lengths back of 'Sulton' for the place spot. He's in a capable barn (Tom Lee) and is racing third back from almost a two month break.
3rd pick: #8 (Fleaux Easy) (5-1) - I don't believe that he cared for the sloppy surface when making his debut here at this tag April 11th. Home bred had finished second in his previous start at Delta Downs and had a bullet local work on April 29th. Should be involved from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #10 (Stormin Red Rose) (12-1) - He tired badly after being sent hard from his rail post April 24th on a sloppy surface. The move off the inside is a plus and this veteran maiden is from a good barn (Scott Gelner). Longshot possibilities.
