Top pick: #3 (ROZANAROZANADANNA) (7-2) - Grey filly by the successful "City Zip" comes off a career best when she finished a pace-setting second when facing $25K state-bred maiden claimers on the Fair Grounds lawn March 20th. It was her first ever on the grass and she gets a slight edge.
nd pick: #10 (Lucky Henny) (8-1) - She lost all chance in her grass debut at the Fair Grounds when bumped heavily at the break and forced into a very wide trip. Major threat with a "clean" getaway.
rd pick: #4 (Mary Lou Who Who) (12-1) - Longshot had a tough post and raced evenly while wide when making her grass debut on March 8th at the Fair Grounds. Draws much better today and can factor at a big price.
th pick: #2 (Shakedown Sister) (3-1) - Lightly-raced daughter of "Put it Back" will be stretching out in distance and trying the grass for the first time. She's been competitive in her first pair and must be left in the mix.
th pick: #6 (Belle Evon) (5-1) - In a good barn (Scott Gelner) and last out she checked in third, only 1 1/2 lengths back of "Rozanarozannadanna." Don't just dismiss.
