Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #7 (TAPSTER) (7-2) - Claimed for a $5,000 price tag Nov. 2, he finished 2nd for a $10K price Nov. 24 in his first for the new barn (Ed Ramirez). Speed/stalker was bred to be a much more talented runner than he is, but 4-year-old should beat this group in his present form.
2nd pick: #5 (A Song For Arch) (6-1) - He has more speed than most and was only a length in back of 'Tapster' last out. It was his first ever at this $10K tag and first race back off a two month break. In a good barn (Brett Brinkman) and a strong factor in this spot.
3rd pick: #1 (Manofsass) (15-1) - Longshot drops in half after tiring for a $20K tag here at this distance Oct. 25. It was his first race in nine months and he's moving to the rail, drops down, and has blinkers on. Speed threat.
4th pick: #8 (Gotta Go First) (5-1) - Gelding raced evenly when finishing two lengths in back of 'Tapster' and just under a length in back of 'A Song For Arch' Nov. 24. It was a useful effort and was his first race since July 19. Capable of impacting today.
