(# 8) ROCKY BLUE - Hard to ignore anything trainer Steve Klesaris sends out at this track. So far he is: (24-13-5-1), and has been victorious with all types of runners. This horse is very fast, and owns some fine back class. This marks his return to the grass, which he ran well on without winning twice last season. His speed figures earned were about the same as his dirt numbers. Stretches out around two-turns today, and has a sharp work at the Fair Hill Training Center for this.

(# 4) Betnow - Stumbled at the start when making first run for new connections, after being claimed at the Fair Grounds last winter. Ran well on the grass there, and may do so here at a square price.

(# 2) Half Mask - Sharp trainer Pino drops runner to below the claimed price.His turf races are adequate, but he's been away a while, and the work activity is a bit sparse.

(# 3) Village Band - Should be nearest the top pick during the running. Mostly a dirt horse, but has several good tries on the turf to his credit.
