Top pick: #5 (SECURITY ZERO) - Colt started his career in a good barn (Ken McPeek) but after a second place finish at Gulfstream on April 11 was sold privately to the small operation of Delaware veteran Clyde Martin. Sophomore was sharp in his maiden win May 3 and they bring him back at the same tag ($10K). Think he can win this at a nice price.
2nd pick: #7 (Mr. Mcclain) - Drops and races second back off a two month layoff for trainer Ron Moquette. Has no speed, but made some head-way last out facing tougher. Stretch threat.
3rd pick: #2 (Maples Donut) - Colt broke his maiden here when debuting last September and immediately was sent to the sielines for four months. He's been a bit dull since returning, but showed some signs last out that he's coming around. Price play from the Lake barn.
