2nd pick: #6 (Gulf Coast Breeze) (5-2) - The probable favorite, mare rallied from close range to miss by less than a length racing here at this level Aug 25. It was her first start in seven months and a good barn (Bernie Haughton) brings her back quickly. It's of note that jockey Wolfsont comes here from Penn National for the mount. A strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #4 (Dancing Together) (8-1) - Long-winded type ships in from Presque Isle where she's won two in a row racing on the synthetic track there. Strong finisher from the Sheppard barn was heavily bet in both and must be left in the win mix.
4th pick: #5 (Passing Pfast) (15-1) - The main speed, she's stretching out in distance and going dirt to turf. Long shot was a much classier type at one time and looks set for a big effort on the front end. Stretch threat.
