Top pick: #5 (CRACK OF DAWN) - The main speed here, she ran fast and a bit "rank" last out before tiring late. Trainer (Joe Delozier) removes the blinkers that she wore in that attempt. Filly finished second in her previous four races, two in Maryland and two here. Can take this from start-to-finish.
2nd pick: #1 (Queen of Kills) - Barn (Neil Howard) is having a sub-par year but he'll have his compliment of winners before the year is out. Daughter of "Unbdidled's Song" will be trying the grass for the first time (a surface she's bred to handle). Think she'll run well here.
3rd pick: #3 (Sneaky Lil) - She finished "first" in a race common to others enterd two weeks ago but was DQ'd for a late infraction. Race was her first around two turns after a pair of solid sprints and proved that she's a legitimate distance runner. Win candidate and probable favorite.
