Top pick: #4 (MEGAHOLTZ) - Speedy New York invader is in the Pletcher barn and he'll stretch this runner back out off a solid try at Saratoga going 7 furlongs in late August. Gelding actually has a win at this trip at Churchill in late June, but was disqualified. Working well and the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #1 (Java Man) - In a good barn (Tom Albertrani) son of "Medaglia D'Oro" is almost five-years-old and will be making only his second start, so he has some issues. He was away slowly in his debut, and after rushing-up he tired badly late. Races off a two month break and will have the "hood" added today. Has the rail and his trainer is strong second time out (26%).
