2nd pick: #2 (Harmony Bay) (6-1) - Speedy gelding drops back down after tiring here Aug. 21 when facing special-weight competition. He missed by a nose at this tag in his previous start and will be in this from start-to-finish.
3rd pick: #9 (George Cross) (5-2) - Lightly-raced gelding comes off a striong effort here at this level on Aug. 24. He raced close-up through-out and was a "neck" better than "Roofer" on the wire. Win candidate.
4th pick: #6 (Rum Tum Tugger) (5-1) - He's one of two entered by "Hall of Fame" trainer Jonathan Sheppard and the pair race uncoupled. Gelding by "Afleet Alex" has finished second in 3-of-4 sprinting on the dirt since coming back from a 12 1/2 month layoff on June 1st and will try a two-turn distance and race on the turf, both for the first time.
