2nd pick: #2 (Opsec) (6-1) - The second of the Baffert pair, he's also stretching out after a near miss in a Los Alamitos sprint when debuting July 5. Working fast for the stretch-out, Baffert's numbers with second time starters is 28%.
3rd pick: #5 (Noble Bird) (5-1) - Colt is working very fast locally for his West Coast debut. He just missed on June 7 on the Churchill turf, and trainer Mark Case has him set for a big effort.
