2nd pick: #9 (Soi Phet) (9-2) - Well bred veteran has become a different animal since being claimed by Len Powell in May of 2013. Gelding has won six times since then and is a perfect three for three locally. Speed/stalker should be involved from start-to-finish and is a win candidate.
