2nd pick: #1 (Steel Lady) (3-1) - Well bet in her debut here July 20th, she set/pressed a quick pace and held gamely to finish second. Filly has been given five weeks to recover, has worked in the interim, has the rail, and Bejarano stays aboard.
3rd pick: #2 (Demonica) (8-1) - Well backed in all three starts last summer/fall, she showed some speed back then and is working fast for her return. Price play if she runs to her impressive AM drills.
4th pick: #11 (Stylistic) (6-1) - She improved noticeably when finishing third here at this level and distance Aug. 3. She had a ground saving trip that day and needs to avoid a wide trip for any shot today.
