2nd pick: #3 (Aura Rose) (7-2) - Freshened up since Oct. 1, she's dropping down in class for her return. Three-year-old daughter of 'Uncle Mo' tired last out following 10 straight competitive runs. Working steadily, filly won here at this distance July 26. An obvious contender.
3rd pick: #1 (Lady Ninja) (8-1) - Lightly-raced filly is moving back to the grass while stretching out in distance. She finished second here on the turf at this trip Aug. 2, then won a dirt sprint Aug. 30. Working fast, she has the rail and is a threat at a big price.
4th pick: #7 (Tink's Twirl) (5-1) - She won here at this distance Aug. 24 and was just over two lengths clear of 'Midnight Swinger' that afternoon. Three-year-old raced both wide and evenly in her follow up Oct. 1 at Santa Anita and stalker must be left in the mix.
