Trainer Mike Puype drops her down and has her on the dirt for the first time since Jan 11. Fits and Bejarano is aboard for this attempt. The trainer/jockey has won with 20 of 58 when teamed up over the past 20 months.
4th pick: #14 (Alpha Doll) (6-1) - Filly is racing first off a Pete Miller claim (23%). He brings her back in eight days and stretches her out around two turns. Must be left in the mix.
5th pick: #3 (Chicago Angel) (5-1) - She's finished second in three straight at this tag, the latest pair coming at this meet. In shape, working well, but at this point she'll need to do a bit better in a field full of drop-downs.
