Premium Pick

Top pick: #6 (DUTCH CHOCOLATE) (5-2) - She pressed a quick pace and weakened late to finish third here at this level on July 20. It was her first in two months, and trainer Dave Hoffmans brings her back quickly and has her making back-to-back starts for the first time.

2nd pick: #8 (Euroclydon) (7-2) - She was a big disappointment last out when she raced close up and tired going 8.5-furlongs on the local turf July 23. She was much sharper in her previous start, and trainer Kristin Mulhall brings her back quickly, shortens her up in distance, and switches her from turf to "poly." Win candidate.

3rd pick: #4 (Warren's Cracker) (6-1) - Even paced type runs off a two month break, goes turf to "poly," and shortens up in distance. Field is a weak one for the level and anytime Bejarano rides for Jorge Gutierrez, it's a "live" runner.

4th pick: #3 (Stylistic) (5-1) - 4yo debuted in the same last race as "Chocolate" and tired after rushing up following a "slow" getaway. Home bred had some impressive works heading into her first start and probably has much more talent to show with an alert beginning.
