2nd pick: #7 (Endless Curse) - He's won two of three and has been on the sidelines since last Nov. when he was an easy winner of a starter-allowance at Santa Anita. Working fast for the Sadler barn and it's nice to see Bejarano aboard for his return. The trainer/jockey combo wins at a 33% clip when teamed-up.
3rd pick: #8 (Champions Gate) - Speedy sort chased and tired in the last furlong in a $200K sprint stakes here on Aug. 3. Race was his first since late January and trainer Mike Machowsky will drop him into a high-priced claimer for the first time. Win candidate.
