She missed by a 1/2 length in a G3 at the Curragh Aug. 20 and she'll be very tough to beat in this spot.
2nd pick: #4 (Camino Song) (9-2) - Yet another Irish bred filly, she finished a wide fourth at this level going 6.5 furlongs at Santa Anta Oct. 8. Trainer Phil D'Amato (4-2-1-0) here yesterday on the opening of this meet will stretch her back out in distance while adding blinkers.
3rd pick: #2 (Thisoldheartofmine) (12-1) - Longshot has had tough posts in her first pair but did improve her position during the stretch run in each. Capable of getting a share of this as she stretches back out in distance.
4th pick: #10 (Ever So True) (5-1) - Away slowly when debuting going 6.5 furlongs at Santa Anita Oct. 8, she made up some ground in the final 1/8th of a mile. Well backed that day, $210,000 daughter of 'Animal Kingdom' can factor with a clean break from her outside post.
