2nd pick: #5 (Tribal Chatter) (5-1) - Speedy mare has been freshened up since just missing in a pair of grass races at this level and distance during the spring at Santa Anita. Capable on synthetics at 5-1-1-1, and she missed by a "neck" a year ago when sprinting on this surface.
3rd pick: #4 (La Fascinator) (4-1) - The class of the field, filly is racing first off an Adam Kitchingman claim and a subsequent 7-week freshening. All of her wins have come on the turf but she's been working nicely on this course for her return.
4th pick: #8 (Burn's Turn) (7-2) - She exits the same last race as "Fascinator" and was just over a length back of her in that June 5th turf contest. Claimed that day by Bill Spawr, he's freshened her up and switches her to a synthetic surface. Capable on "poly" at 2-1-1-0 and a threat if she avoids a wide trip.
