2nd pick: #4 (Forest Chatter) (7-2) - Well backed in his debut here on the main track Aug. 22nd, he set a quick pace and weakened late to check in fourth of seven, beaten four lengths. Grey colt has been working well and switches to the grass for this attempt.
3rd pick: #5 (Domino Johnson) (5-1) - Nice debut in the same Oct. 24th race as "Act" saw him set a quick pace and hold gamely to finish third, just over a length back of that foe. Must be left in the small win mix.
4th pick: #6 (Cognoscente) (20-1) - The field's most experienced maiden, he has some speed and is racing for the first time since Sept. 1st. Gelding is shortening up in distance and may grab a minor award at a big price.
5th pick: #1 (Spy Girl) (5-1) - She has early speed and breaks from the rail. Filly is taking on the boys, and her quick first gear makes her a bit dangerous.
