Top pick: #6 (MY MONET) (2-1) - Lightly-raced and speedy, filly missed by a "neck" racing at this level and distance on Oct. 16th at Santa Anita. It was her first start since early June and she's since come back with a bullet half-mile breeze there on Nov. 10. Only negative is she's racing on a synthetic surface for the first time.
2nd pick: #4 (Smooth It) (5-2) - The field's most experience filly, she missed by a neck with a strong late rally going "down the hill" at Santa Anita Oct. 26. It was a career best overall and Reddam home bred has gone 4-1-1-1 racing in the past on synthetic surfaces.
3rd pick: #5 (Seeking Shamrocks) (5-1) - Filly tired after contesting the pace at Santa Anita in the same last race as "Monet." She was eight lengths back of that rival, but unlike her she's won on a "poly" surface in the past. Not without a fighting chance.
