Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #6 (MOONIE) (7-2) - Filly has been freshened up for almost two months. She had a 'rough' trip that day and may have suffered a minor injury while racing between horses. She had finished 2nd in her two prior dirt starts and both came here at this level.
2nd pick: #2 (Amitie Pour La Vie) (4-1) - Lightly raced and speedy, Lasix is added for the first time by trainer Bob Bean. Daughter of 'Square Eddie' comes off a career best when she finished 3rd at this level going 6.5 furlongs on the Santa Anita turf Oct. 8th. Working fast, and she should be involved from start-to-finish.
3rd pick: #4 (Slew's Charm) (5-1) - Veteran maiden appears to be racing herself back into shape after being away for eight months. She finished four lengths behind 'Amitie Pour La Vie' last out on the Santa Anita grass. She's worked three times since, and all have been above average.
4th pick: #7 (Emotional Drive) (15-1) - Very fast from the gate, filly is working fast and is making back-to-back starts for the first time since the spring of 2014. 4yo will take them as far as she can at a big price.
