2nd pick: #8 (Free Money) (5-1) - One of two entered by trainer Jerry Hollendorfer, she's become a much better filly since blinkers went on and is 6-3-2-1 since that time. Daughter of "Street Sense" just failed last out in a turf stakes at Santa Rosa, and one run type should get a fast and/or contested pace to rally into. Bejarano is aboard, and the trainer/jockey team has won with 84 of 247 (34%) over the past 20 months.
3rd pick: #5 (Tizmetizyou) (15-1) - Very lightly raced grey filly by "Tiz Wonderful" is working bullets at Los Alamitos for her first start since May 11. The speed of the speed, she's two for five on the grass and will take them as far as she can at a big price.
4th pick: #3 (Love Blind) - Argentine-bred tired here on the main track Aug. 3 in her first since arriving from Chicago and first for veteran Art Sherman. He brings her back in three weeks, moves her to the grass, and Desormeaux gives it another go. Stretch factor.
