This filly ran both wide and evenly when debuting on May 8th at Santa Anita. Working well for her return, she drops a bit in class, and runs without blinkers. She gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #8 (Suite One) (7-2) - The second of the O'Neill fillies she rallied to finish second here at this level going 5-furlongs July 18th. Fla.-bred travels an extra furlong this afternoon and that should be in her favor.
3rd pick: #3 (Nicole Michelle) (3-1) - Grey filly has finished close up in both starts facing tougher. One run type finished fourth here on July 23rd and improved her figure by 10-points that afternoon. Daughter of "Zensational" must be left in the win mix.
4th pick: #2 (Racing for Chasen) (5-1) - She showed nothing when debuting against males in late June on the Santa Anita turf, but rallied to finish second here facing a bit weaker on July 24th. Abrams home-bred can factor, but needs to improve some more for a shot at the top prize.
