She rallied to win an allowance at Keeneland Oct. 27 in her first back from a short break (8 weeks). She has a ground-saving post and this 9-furlong distance seems perfect for her late running style.
2nd pick: #10 (Bonnie Arch) (4-1) - Freshened up since Sept. 8, she has much more positional speed than most and she defeated 'I Remember Mama' by a 1/2 length in a small stakes at Ellis Park July 8. Mare has done well 5-2-0-2 on the local turf and should be involved every step.
3rd pick: #4 (Coachwhip) (6-1) - Calumet runner rallied to finish third, only a bit more than a length in back of 'I Remember Mama' Oct. 27 at Keeneland. It was her first since May 12 and her first outside of California. The 4yo must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #5 (English Affair) (5-1) - Stakes-placed 4yo is the type that can 'run all day' without getting tired. She finished a close up third in a G3 Oct. 21 at Keeneland and is capable of getting a share with a bit of improvement in her figure.
