2nd pick: #4 (Royal Warrior) (6-1) - No-speed type rallied to finish third last out and he defeated "Squadron" in the process. Strong finisher is nearing his best and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #2 (Risky Asset) (9-2) - Speedy sort runs first off a private sale to owner/trainer Vickie Foley and this beautifully-bred colt should be involved from start-to-finish. Win candidate.
4th pick: #1 (Shake Up) (12-1) - Stretch-out sprinter raced evenly when debuting at Indiana Downs on July 15th. Well-bred colt is working fine locally and comes from a strong second-out barn (Steve Margolis 24%). Home-bred by "Rock Hard Ten" has the rail and expect him to be competitive at a big price.
5th pick: #10 (Arriving) (8-1) - Gelding by "Harlan's Holiday" raced evenly when debuting in a Saratoga sprint on Aug. 3. That was a strong field and the race was run in fast time. Trainer Al Stall Jr. (24% 2nd time out) stretches him out for this attempt. Can factor, but he must avoid a wide trip from this tough outside post.
