Gelding raced both wide and evenly going 7 furlongs Oct. 12 at Keeneland facing a bit tougher. He's gone 4-2-1-1 here in the past and was a very handy winner at this tag and trip May 11.
2nd pick: #2 (Grandpa Knows Best) (4-1) - Another that dropping in class while stretching out. He ran evenly going 6 furlongs at Keeneland Oct. 20 for a $30K tag. It was his first since Aug. 30 at Saratoga and trainer Ken McPeek is dropping him to a new low. The 3yo is a strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #1 (Hellofaguy) (12-1) - Longshot has a late running style and draws a ground-saving post. The 4yo runs off a Sept. 8 freshening, has won here in the past, and a fast/and or contested pace would help his chances.
4th pick: #3 (Awesome Times Two) (7-2) - On the sidelines for the past 2 1/2 months, he was an easy winner at Indiana Downs at this trip for a $25K tag Aug. 15. He likes to rate early before making a late run and must be left in the mix.
