Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #4 (TARAZ) (2-1) - A debuting daughter of 'Into Mischief', Juddmonte home bred is from the barn of Brad Cox, 44 of 223 (20%) with first-time-starters in 2018-19. Several of her works are on the very quick type, including a bullet half-mile from the gate in :46.60 Oct. 13 at Keeneland. Filly looks set for a big effort.
2nd pick: #7 (Snaffle) (3-1) - One of only two with racing experience, she finished third of 11, missing by almost 5 lengths going 6 furlongs Oct. 25 at Keeneland. It was her best in three attempts and she pressed the pace while 3-wide before weakening.
3rd pick: #1 (Sundae Smile) (8-1) - A home bred daughter of 'Curlin', she's worked six times at Keeneland since Oct. 4 in preparation for her first attempt. Two of those breezes are fast half-mile drills from the gate and she could factor at a big price with an alert break from a tough inside post.
4th pick: #6 (Screamin By) (12-1) - This filly by 'Speightstown' sold for $135,000 as a 2yo in training this past May. She's worked six times locally since Oct. 2 for her initial attempt and her trainer, Ian Wilkes is having a good meet 19-4-2-3.
