3rd pick: #2 (Star Dog) (8-1) - Longshot is racing first back from a seven week break. He's raced evenly in his last pair facing non-conditioned foes and should factor as he moves back in to face 3l opposition.
4th pick: #4 (Out Of the Trappe) (8-1) - He's raced evenly in his last pair after winning a mile contest at Ellis Park July 30. Gelding has a bit more speed than most and should be involved turning for home. From there he needs to finish stronger than normal.
