2nd pick: #2 (Scarecrow) (4-1) - Colt cuts back in distance after rallying to finish second here at this level going 8.5 furlongs Sept. 24. He's now been competitive in four of five local starts and is a stretch threat in this spot.
3rd pick: #10 (He's A Dandy Candy) (6-1) - Illinois shipper has good form sprinting on the grass, but his main track races aren't nearly as good. However, he is in form, drops down, and is making his first start for trainer Doug Danner (27% with new arrivals).
4th pick: #1 (Heat It Up Rich) (6-1) - Indiana shipper has been competitive in four straight attempts. He has the rail, drops down, shortens up, and Robbie Albarado is aboard for this one's local debut.
